    It’s extremely important for you to get all the facts before deciding if signing one is right for you.

Unions do not pay a single cent toward employee wages or benefits.
Instead, they take money from your paycheck.

Unions cannot guarantee any additional pay or benefits.

Everything is negotiated and CFC does not have to agree to anything
that doesn’t make sense for business. Wages and benefits could go up, stay
the same, or go down.
